Mountains

We wanted to get out for the weekend, but were not feeling up to a big hike or ride, so went exploring in the high country in the truck.  Gorgeous terrain!

Tumbleroot

There is an absolutely charming venue in town called the Tumbleroot Pottery Pub.  You get a good craft cocktail in an interesting piece of ceramic drinkware, and then get to  play with clay.  Theme last week was “steampunk”, which somehow led to the creation of the Medusnake.

If you leave your spouse unsupervised

 ….they might buy the neighbor’s tractor!

 ….can bring both crazy rain/hail, and also awfully nice sunsets every evening.
