I got into the house today to measure the rooms and to also take pictures for all you curious relatives out there. I also noticed that despite the fact that it was 93 degrees outside, the house and atrium were delightfully cool. Yay foam roof!
4 bedroom/2 bath with a big 2 car garage which will end up being Chad's bike shop/brewery/workshop palace
We should close on June 5, and make a leisurely move to the new digs during the month of June.
