Day 22 of our captivity: I made a thing

In the ever-changing sea of recommendations, we’re now supposed to wear masks when going into stores, lest we unwittingly be asymptomatic carriers breathing out virus onto the poor grocery store checkers.  Since it’s been a week and a half since I’ve gotten groceries, and we were running out of milk, I made a mask out of some scrap fabric.

Incidentally, it was raining today, which meant that the line to get into Trader Joe’s was much shorter than last time I went — a mere 30 minutes (compared to 90!! minutes the last time).
